企業というか、国によってやっぱり特色が違うモノなんじゃないかと。
ジョーダンでシリコンバレーをネタにしますが、そのワークスタイルは好きですが、
実際にその国にいってライフを送る（生活する）のは難しいかな？？思うように。
外交的か内向的か、精神論か効率論か、都市か田舎かetc。。。
企業とか国以前に、それを構成する団体、そして、その最小単位の個人レベルでそれぞれです。
なので、このJ-SOXをムリクリ導入してるのはまだ日本にはムリがあるんじゃないかな、と。
記事の通り、コンサルは（アメリカ産などの）「新しいモノはイイものだ！」「とりあえず導入！」
・・・とか、ちょっとそういう側面もあります。
※厳密には最近、プロジェクトの各担当工程ごとにコンサルがつくなど、ITコンサルにも変化があるようです。
実際、それが大当たりすることもありますし、提案しやすいのも事実ですが。。。
ですが、仕事をする上でイチバン大事なのは、その「実現性」だと思います。
スケジュール、タスクの質・量、人員etc。。。
それらがまだJ-SOXを取り込める状況じゃないのかもです。
実際に作業する人間としては、その「消化度」（納得度といった方がわかりやすいかもです）がカナリ重要なワケで。
それをやる意義・意味もわからず、またわかったとしても合わないじゃ、どーしても実現しにくいですよね（汗）
この記事も完全に説明してるわけではないと思いますが、こーゆー側面もあるのかと。
何が言いたいのかと言いますと。
WEBをやるに当たっても最重要なコトなのですが、
「何が求められているか」
を明確にするコトだと思います。
日本企業も片っ端から効率化を図りたがってるんなら、J-SOX導入も効果あるかも。
コンサルにしても、ERPパッケージも米開発のままではなく、日本製にして導入と言うケースが多いようですし。
まぁ、簡単に「コレやったから成功する！」と見切り発車でやってみるのも一概に悪いとは言いませんが、

本当にやるべきか吟味してからやるのもまたイイのではないかと思います。
