今日は普通の社会人？？ネタになるので、まぁ、気が向いた人だけドーゾ
まぁ土日、結構考えるコトあったんすよ
土曜はイロイロとハナシして、日曜は友達から仕事ネタのハナシ来て。
で、マジ仕事。
友達から（正確には友達の友達から）、プログラマーの仕事を誘われたんすよ
で、一瞬考えはしたんだけど、やっぱもう、プログラマーを本業にはしたくないな、と
せめてSE、なるべくプロデューサー・ディレクター
なので、案件単位（サイト何個とか）でその仕事受けれないか、友達（の友達）に問い合わせ中です
ちなみに・・・ぶっちゃけ、WEB関係者でもシステム屋はカネになるほうなんすよ
オレの経歴的に、適正年収は最低600万くらいだし（いや、すんません、ひけらかすつもりはないんす・・・素でこの業界カネになるってコトで
）
でも、システムを離れてプロデューサーとかを専任すると、一般的にやっぱ少し給料下がる
なので、どうしようかな？？と
こんな格言があります。
「それを好きな者は、それを何とも思わない者より優れる。」
「それを楽しむ者は、それを好きな者より優れる。」
まぁ、最終的に楽しれば楽しめるめる程ウデも上がるってコトなんでしょう
オレはあんま勝ち負けにはこだわらないけど、何でも楽しむようにしてるから、
上達早いのかもです・・・その傾向はテニスで顕著かもね
で、去年から長いコトニートやって。
正味なハナシ、趣味をガシガシやりたい
・・・が、仕事との兼ね合いだとどうなるか・・・？？
昔目指した独立起業やコンサル。
単純な給料や・・・ワークライフバランス。
なので、結構考えをまとめるのに時間掛かりました
今後、基本的に独立・起業はナシで行動します
で、本業はワークライフバランスを大事にして、ほぼ定時で終了出来るトコ・・・
プロデューサーやディレクターで。
そこに今回の友達のPG副業ハナシ通ればムリない範囲でやろうかな、と
副業のシステムが長い納期ならノンビリやるけど・・・まぁ、ここはまだ確定してないので、
フレキシブルに考えます
もう、仕事は仕事だと割り切ろうかな、と
プロデューサーを楽しみたくもあるけど、趣味も大事にしたひ
で、プロデューサーとしてスキル上がり＆副業でカネ・人脈溜まったら、
そしたら、次の段階でまた独立起業を考えるかもです・・・状況次第で
まぁ、こんなトコです
趣味を仕事にしないのも、仕事はスキルアップのためとか思うのも、
オレは元々公私混合出来るタイプじゃないからです
仕事は仕事、プライベートはプライベート、と完全に切り離さないとどっちもダメになる
あんま器用に立ち回れないんですよね・・・ある種、ある昔いた会社ではそれが出来たのが奇跡ｗｗｗｗ
まぁ、あの頃は仕事に高いモチベーションなくて（会社会社ともしてなくて）、しかも周りに若いヤツ多くて、
気楽にやれてたからかもですが
ナンダカンダでイイ歳になりますからね
社会人になった時点で転機になる予定だった歳。
あの頃の理想・目標も、今までの経歴や環境で変化したり割り切ったり。
昔はPC素人で、PC詳しくなったりプログラムが書けるようになるだけで満足したもんですが・・
仕事ってか、人生を楽しむために、今一度人生を考え直す
