Windows XPとかVistaは３２ビットOSで、メモリは実質3.2Gバイトくらいまでしか機能しません
コレは知ってた。。。
だが、しかし
オレのPC、４Gのメモリ積んでて、実質機能しない残りのメモリはしゃーないと思ってた
そこで、こんなん見っけました

余ったメモリ領域を超高速保存領域として使えるらしい。。。
その前に、メモリはRAMっつーて、普通のHDDとかとは保存形式や処理方式が違うけど・・・
そこらは余りに専門的過ぎるので、割愛！！ｗｗｗ
とりあえず、普通のHDDよかメチャクチャ早いんす！
それをブラウザのキャッシュとして使えば。。。？？
とーぜん、ブラウジング速度がメチャ上がる
コレはキャッシュの保存先を上記のソフトで作った領域に変更出来る、全てのブラウザに適用できます

オレはとりあえず、FireFoxとSleipnirを設定変更して、メチャ早くなった
普段、ブラウザ３つ立ち上げて、更にエディタやMacromediaとか立ち上げたりするので、
OSの管理メモリだけじゃ、イラつくまではいかないけど、ブラウザが若干遅いorz
それが、一気に解決
メモリの有効活用。。。
Windows XPかVistaで、メモリ４G積んでる人にはオススメです
メモリが3.2G以下の人がこの設定しちゃうと、メモリに使える領域減って、
他のPC動作遅くなるかも。。。
が、４G以上メモリある人で、更にメモリ増設できる人はこの方法でRAM Disk化すると、
ものっそいスピードアップ！！
ネットだけじゃなくて、他のアプリにも応用出来るみたいだしね
